Needless to say when my dress arrived the problems started. It was ordered incorrectly and needed alterations that the seamstress was telling me were impossible to do. Even though Kathy had just taken over the store and wasn’t involved with the ordering of my dress she made sure that she made it right. She helped me find a wonderful seamstress, Rosemary, who is very talented and a pleasure to work with, and at each fitting Kathy made sure everything was going well.
